At OnlineTuition.mu (operated by Online Tuition Ltd), you can request that we delete the personal data associated with your account — including any information we received through Facebook Login or Google Login — at any time.
Send an email to

with the subject line Data Deletion Request. In your message, include the email address or
username linked to your OnlineTuition.mu account so we can verify your identity.
Contact us on +230 5787 1793 and ask for your account and associated data to be deleted.
Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days and confirm completion by email. This includes any data obtained via Facebook Login or Google Login. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, financial or tax records), after which they are also deleted. After deletion, your account cannot be recovered.
You can also remove OnlineTuition.mu's access to your Facebook or Google account directly from your Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites, or your Google Account › Security › Third-party access. Removing app access there stops future data sharing; to delete data we already hold, please use one of the options above.
